Parquet is a banquet floor-plan app for hotel sales and catering teams. It is built for properties that host banquets and meetings and want clear diagrams without a monthly fee.

How it works

Start by drawing your room and saving it with its doors and airwalls, so you only set it up once. Then build the event: 60", 66" and 72" rounds, 6' and 8' banquet tables, classroom, theater, U-shape and boardroom setups, cocktail highboys, head tables, dance floors, stages, bars and buffets. Chairs are added automatically as you place tables. Turn a 10-top into an 8-top and the seats, inventory and guest count all update at once, and a live counter shows seated guests against the expected count so you can see whether the room works before the client asks.

Show it, then send it

Perspective view lets you walk a client through the room on screen. When the plan is approved, export a clean PNG with an event title block listing the event, venue, date, seats, tables and expected count, ready to attach to the BEO.

Where it runs

Parquet runs on Mac and iPad (App Store), on Windows, and in any modern web browser. Layouts save as files you own. iPad version now available.
