PDFImpose helps print shops, designers, and makers arrange PDF pages on printable sheets in a browser. It creates an imposed PDF that can be printed on the user's own equipment or sent to a print provider. PDF pages are processed locally on the user's device; the responsive progressive web app works in desktop and mobile browsers on Android and iPhone/iPad without a plugin or uploading the PDF to a server.

Quick Impose starts with the piece being made, such as a saddle-stitch booklet, perfect-bound book, business cards, flyers, labels, tickets, or a tiled poster. Custom Impose offers direct control over sheet size, page order, gutters, margins, bleed, crop marks, and duplex layouts. Other workflows include N-up grids, Step & Repeat, cut-and-stack, and Dutch cut. A live sheet preview lets users check front and back alignment, page order, and marks before exporting a standard PDF.

The toolkit also includes saved templates and file management for repeat jobs, PDF Explorer and Prepress Inspector for checking files, and a production workbench that opens JDF, XJDF, JMF, PPF, and PrintTalk job files. An optional text or voice setup assistant can prepare a workspace from print-job details for the user to review before applying suggestions.

Google sign-in is required to export. The free tier includes five total exports, at least eight hours apart. Pro offers unlimited exports without a cooldown for US$14.99 per month or US$149.99 per year. A seven-day Pro trial costs US$7.99, then renews at US$14.99 per month until cancelled.
