Presta Heure overview

What is Presta Heure?

Presta Heure is a time tracking, job scheduling and digital work order app for small construction and trade businesses in Belgium (heating, electrical, plumbing, renovation, roofing, carpentry, painting and more). Each company chooses how its workers record their hours: start and finish each planned job in "Ma journée", GPS clock-in and clock-out with a distance check, or end-of-day entry.

Managers see who is where in real time and plan the team by job site on mobile or on the web; workers are notified on their phone. Clients sign the work order on the technician's phone and receive it as a PDF, and a signed work order is locked. Leave requests are handled in the app.

Each week, the manager approves and locks the timesheets, then exports hours by worker and Belgian payroll code (CSV and PDF) for the payroll provider. In French, on iPhone, Android and web. 14-day free trial without credit card; from €8.90 per worker per month, excluding VAT.
