PSPro overview
What is PSPro?
PSPro is cloud software for professional photographers and photography studios in Spain, in development since 2013 (formerly Photo Solution Pro). It replaces the mix of spreadsheets, separate invoicing programs and gallery services that many studios use with a single web panel, available from any device with no installation.
The workflow goes from the first enquiry to the final payment. Studios keep client records with several contacts, send quotes, sign contracts online with a one-time code, take bookings with a deposit, deliver photos in password-protected galleries where clients pick favourites and buy photos, and issue invoices ready for Spain's VeriFactu system. A front-desk point of sale handles tickets, barcode scanning and cash-register closing.
PSPro is built for solo photographers and studios of up to 10 people. Plans include employee time tracking under Spanish labor law, email campaigns, reports on revenue and real hourly rates, and an AI assistant that can create bookings, send emails and prepare reports for the studio's tax advisor.
