Pulseri overview
What is Pulseri?
Pulseri is a survey platform for small SaaS teams and agencies. It sends NPS, CSAT and CES surveys to customers, and eNPS and ESAT surveys to employees, on a schedule or when something happens in your product, such as a closed support ticket or a paid invoice.
Teams send people and traits from their own app with a JavaScript SDK or REST API and build segments with a visual filter, so no CRM is needed. Surveys go out by email or appear inside the product through an embeddable widget, with cooldowns and send caps to avoid over-surveying.
When a low score comes in, Pulseri alerts the team in Slack, Microsoft Teams or a webhook. Comments are tagged with sentiment and themes, and a weekly digest summarises what changed. Plans are flat-priced from 49 euros a month, with no per-response fees.
