RapidStatements is a cloud-based, browser-accessible tool that converts bank statement PDFs into structured Excel and CSV files, with no software installation required. Every conversion is balance-verified to the cent, confirming that opening balance plus all credits minus all debits equals the closing balance. The Excel output includes a Transactions sheet and a Summary sheet covering bank, period, balances, totals, and the balance check result; the CSV output includes transactions only. Scanned pages without a text layer are read from the page image, and multi-account statements are split into a section per account, each verified independently.

Designed for individuals managing personal finances, bookkeepers handling regular statement volumes, and accounting firms processing high-volume conversions, RapidStatements offers three subscription tiers with monthly page-based allowances of 500, 1,500, or 4,000 pages. Failed conversions are not counted against the page allowance. Files are accepted up to 10 MB and 50 pages per upload, with a rate of up to 10 files per minute. Annual plans offer up to 6 months free compared to monthly billing.

Security and data retention are handled through automatic deletion of uploaded PDFs after 24 hours and conversion results after 30 days, with immediate deletion available on user request. Download links expire after 5 minutes. All files are stored privately and encrypted at rest, all transfers use HTTPS, and user data is not used to train AI models or sold for advertising purposes.
