ReconcileCSV is a focused browser-based reconciliation tool for matching payment-processor payout reports against bank statement lines. It supports exports from Stripe, PayPal, Square, Shopify Payments, or another processor when the file includes a date and amount. Square and Shopify Payments use the same date+amount matcher; there is no separate named parser for them. Users load a processor file and a bank file, choose the relevant columns, and control the date window used for matching.

Rows that agree on date and amount inside that window are matched. Everything else becomes a short review list: ambiguous rows where more than one candidate fits, and unmatched rows with no counterpart, each with a written reason. The completed work can be exported as a reconciliation ledger with the exception list.

Working bank and payout files are processed locally in the browser and are not uploaded to Loopspur's servers. CSV contents, filenames, mappings, results, and exports stay in the browser. ReconcileCSV does not connect to or modify a customer's bank, payment processor, QuickBooks account, Xero organization, or other ledger. Final accounting treatment remains the user's responsibility.

The complete matching workflow and every exception can be previewed for free. A single $39 payment unlocks exports for unlimited reconciliations across unlimited clients, with no subscription, no account, and no per-client charge. It is intended for bookkeepers, accountants, e-commerce operators, and finance teams handling processor payout reconciliation during month-end close.

The product prepares evidence for review; it does not decide revenue recognition, fee classification, foreign-exchange treatment, or chargeback handling. Users can inspect matched, ambiguous, and unmatched records before export, preserve their original files, and apply their organization's approval and audit procedures outside the product.
