The biggest is that with our system--each account must be closed and a new account opened each month.   If there is a gap in care, say a month goes by, you have to manually generate a new account.   If the "treatment cycle" is not worded as the initial one was, the flow of documentation ceases.

It also depends on the company customization because I have used it for other companies and the library really makes a difference in the ease of use.

I switched from Casamba and thought that was the best system until I started using Nethealth on a consistent basis and realized how much easier it was to navigate.
