Reko is a cloud based waste collection and management software designed for companies operating in Mexico. The solution comprises a mobile application for field operations and a web based administrative platform. The mobile application enables drivers and field personnel to register collections digitally with automatic capture of date, time and GPS location data for audit ready records. The application provides GPS assisted navigation with optimized routing and offline functionality for areas with limited connectivity. Real time confirmation with automatic photographic evidence supports operational oversight.
The administrative platform centralizes service order management for all waste classifications with creation, assignment and tracking of orders through a unified interface. Real time fleet tracking provides visibility of operations with full traceability from origin to final destination. The system automatically generates compliance reports formatted for PROFEPA inspections and SEMARNAT audits according to NOM-161 guidelines. Digital manifests and service vouchers are created automatically in accordance with LGPGIR requirements and integrated state level frameworks such as SEMADET in Jalisco, SMA in Nuevo Leon and SDUE in Chihuahua.
The platform operates as a standalone SaaS solution without need for third party integrations. Implementation services include data migration of existing customer databases, route configurations and pricing models into the system. The software supports unlimited users, vehicles and routes within a single subscription with pricing based on monthly collection volume rather than user count or asset quantity. Technical support is available on a twenty four hour, seven day schedule and the platform maintains data portability without contractual restrictions or forced retention periods.
