RubberFEX overview
What is RubberFEX?
RubberFEX is built for teams that develop rubber compounds. It addresses a recurring problem in the industry: formulations, technical documents and trial records are often stored separately, which makes development decisions difficult to reconstruct.
RubberFEX keeps them connected. Compound records hold polymer family, application area, status and ingredients in phr, and saving a version snapshots the full ingredient list. Trials are recorded against the compound version used, and projects link compounds, documents, trials and technical notes.
The Knowledge Base indexes PDF, Word, Excel, CSV and plain text documents that have a text layer. Mariel, the AI assistant for rubber engineering, answers questions in plain language from those documents and records and links to sources where available.
Test data can be recorded with methods, specimens and measurements linked to the compound version tested. Some testing features, such as comparability rules, are enabled per workspace. RubberFEX supports technical decisions; it does not replace laboratory testing or engineering judgement.
