Our commitment
Independent research methodology
Our researchers use a mix of verified reviews, independent research, and objective methodologies to bring you selection and ranking information you can trust. While we may earn a referral fee when you visit a provider through our links or speak to an advisor, this has no influence on our research or methodology.
Verified user reviews
GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.
Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.
How GetApp ensures transparency
GetApp lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. GetApp is free for users. Software providers pay us for sponsored profiles to receive web traffic and sales opportunities. Sponsored profiles include a link-out icon that takes users to the provider’s website.

Saley overview
What is Saley?
Saley is a native macOS desktop application that functions as a live sales call coach for individual sellers and SDRs. Before a call begins, Saley generates a source-cited prospect brief that includes an ICP fit assessment and likely objections, giving sellers context before the first word is spoken. During the call, Saley captures both microphone and system audio without a meeting bot, transcribes each speaker channel separately, and surfaces a private coaching overlay visible only to the seller. Real-time objection cards are grounded in the seller's own Playbook, which is synthesized from uploaded websites, PDFs, decks, and notes rather than generic scripts. A live talk-ratio readout and a Live Assist panel with Next, Catch up, Summary, Actions, and Ask shortcuts are available on demand throughout the conversation.
After the call, Saley produces a structured set of call notes covering topics, decisions, action items, and next steps, alongside a 0-100 scorecard evaluated across five dimensions: Discovery, Qualification, Value delivery, Objection handling, and Next steps. A BANT checklist is populated directly from transcript evidence, and written rationale accompanies each scored dimension. Results are available within minutes of hanging up, with no manager replay required to generate a consistent review.
Saley runs on macOS 13 Ventura or later as a Universal build supporting both Apple Silicon and Intel hardware. It captures audio via macOS microphone and system audio permissions, requiring no meeting bot, no CRM integration, and no third-party authorization. It is compatible with Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, softphones, and browser-based call tabs. No Windows version or browser-only mode is available. Saley is designed for individual contributors on solo, team, and enterprise plans, and is not positioned for sales leadership, RevOps, or team-wide revenue intelligence workflows.
