Seatmap Pro is an interactive venue seating chart platform built for ticketing companies, booking platforms, and venue operators across live events, performing arts, sports, conferences, and hospitality. It combines a browser-based drag-and-drop visual editor, a WebGL-powered Booking Renderer delivered as a TypeScript SDK, and a REST Booking API v2 for real-time seat availability, locking, and sales integration. The platform operates strictly as a visualization layer: it does not process payments, store sales data, or handle customer records, so all commercial data remains within the operator's own systems. Venue scale ranges from 200-seat indie theaters to 170,000-seat stadiums.

The visual editor supports seat rows, sections, tables, standing zones, and mixed layouts, including curved arenas via a dedicated Venue Shape tool. SVG floor plan import and export, auto-generated section outlines, bulk editing, and reusable version-controlled schemas reduce repeated design work across events. The WebGL Booking Renderer sustains 60 fps on mid-range mobile devices at stadium scale, with automatic level-of-detail switching, touch-friendly pan and pinch-zoom, per-seat status colors, tooltips, and view-from-seat previews.
