Each module addresses a distinct operational domain. The HR module covers personnel files, absences, qualifications, recruiting, payroll documents, and social-insurance filings. Workforce management handles shift planning, a shift marketplace, time tracking, time accounts, and real-time German working-time law checks (rest periods, break rules, maximum hours, mandatory qualifications) during scheduling and approvals.
