Serment is a digital register of plant protection treatments for winegrowers in France, used from a phone in the vineyard or from a computer. It is built for small independent estates that need to keep the treatment register required by EU Implementing Regulation 2023/564 and the French order of 24 December 2025, which introduce a digital, machine-readable register from 1 January 2027.

Each treatment is recorded in about thirty seconds, even without a network connection; entries synchronize once the connection returns. Products are selected from the official E-Phy catalogue published by ANSES, with their authorized uses on grapevine, maximum dose, pre-harvest interval and re-entry interval, and the app flags a dose above the authorized maximum. Weather conditions are captured automatically from Météo-France, and the treated area is pre-filled from the plot.

The home screen shows, plot by plot, when re-entry is allowed and from which date harvest is possible. Serment also follows copper use against the limit of 28 kg per hectare over seven years, lists deadlines such as the Certiphyto certificate and sprayer inspections, and flags products withdrawn from the catalogue. The register can be exported at any time as a PDF for an inspection or as a CSV file. Entries are never edited, only cancelled, and data is hosted in Europe.
