SHIP is a cloud-based agentic engineering platform that turns assigned issues into verified, CI-passing pull requests without expanding headcount. A team of six specialist AI agents — Researcher, Planner, Builder, Reviewer, Operator, and Tester — autonomously covers the full software development lifecycle: gathering context, writing a spec, writing and linting code, reviewing the diff, monitoring CI, deploying previews, and validating acceptance criteria with screenshot and video proof. Missions are triggered by assigning a Linear issue or commenting @SHIP on a GitHub issue, and the platform integrates with existing repositories, CI/CD pipelines, and issue trackers without disrupting established git workflows.

SHIP is configurable at the agent and model level. Each specialist role can be assigned a different coding agent harness (Claude Code, Codex, Pi, OpenCode, or Kilo Code) and a different model from providers including Anthropic, OpenAI, Z.ai, and OpenRouter, set via ship.yml or overridden per mission. Inference runs on the organization's own provider credentials at contracted rates; keys are attached at the network edge and never enter the agent sandbox. Human checkpoints can pause the pipeline after any stage for review and instruction before work continues. Auto-merge, scheduled maintenance prompts, and per-mission cost tracking round out the configuration surface.

SHIP targets solo founders, software engineers, engineering teams, engineering leaders, and open-source maintainers.
