SimpliTake is PDF measurement software that enables contractors to perform takeoffs directly on construction plans. The software measures lengths, calculates areas, and counts items on PDF drawings. Focused on core measurement functionality, SimpliTake provides straightforward tools for daily operations. The software features Smart Markup Navigation, which allows clicking any markup in the sidebar to instantly locate it on the PDF. Scale calibration offers manual or preset options for accurate measurements. Projects can be exported as marked-up PDFs or Excel files for sharing and analysis. Project files can be saved to mapped network drives for team access. SimpliTake operates offline after activation and stores projects locally. The software collects no analytics or user data. Compatible with Windows 10 and 11, SimpliTake runs on standard workstations. No subscription.
