Zoho Recruit integration is available via OAuth, and candidate outreach is handled through WhatsApp and email. Live coding assessments run on a Monaco editor with real code execution across 75+ languages, including Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Go, Java, C++, Rust, Ruby, and PHP. Video interview questions are generated from each candidate's individual resume, producing a personalized screening experience without manual configuration per candidate.
For DEI-conscious hiring teams and GCC compliance requirements, Sivett includes a blind screening mode that strips candidate name, email, and phone number before AI evaluation using AES-256-GCM encryption, with a full audit log of identity reveals. This configuration allows TA teams to enforce structured, bias-reduced screening at scale while keeping engineering teams focused on candidates who have already cleared a technical vetting threshold.
