Pros
It is very user friendly and really helps me track the compliance of the facilities I am responsible for.
We are pleased with the friendliness and ease of working with SNF Metrics.
I love that I can put my tasks in there and not have to remember anything because I know if it's in SNF I can trust that the task will come up and remind me on the date I set it for.
Cons
Does not pull into charting system locks people out if they don't use it frequently enough causing delay in risk reporter completion.
Sometimes 2 of us are in at the same time and we cancel out what someone is doing.
I dislike that many times it takes substantial amount of time for reports to load. I also don't like that when I input info it doesn't pull right away on the reports I run.
