What is SourcingHQ?
SourcingHQ is an AI sourcing assistant for businesses. Find more suppliers like the ones you have, then get them bidding against each other in a reverse auction.
Upload your supplier list (Excel or CSV, any layout) and it suggests more suppliers like them, grouped by product category, near you or a place you choose.
Describe a purchase in a chat, or forward an enquiry email, and you get a draft auction with the line items filled in. The AI doesn't invent line items or ceilings, and you review everything before it goes out. Invites go out in your company's name, and suppliers bid from an email link without creating an account. Suppliers bid line by line, in an open or blind auction. When bidding closes you get a comparison report, with an AI summary you can accept, edit or discard.
Already have quotes? Paste or upload the quotes your suppliers sent and see them line by line, with the lowest price per line marked. It's free, with no signup.
There's a free plan. Paid plans are a one-time payment for 12 months that never renews on its own, and suppliers never pay.
