What is Sphaira?
Sphaira Tech brings together in one platform what a grassroots sports club currently keeps scattered across spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups and one-off bank transfers.
Fees and finance
The board collects fees automatically by card or SEPA direct debit, with reminders and automatic retries for families who have not paid. Monthly, quarterly, annual or custom fee schedules are supported, and the treasury dashboard shows outstanding balances in real time. Payments are processed through Stripe.
Teams and coaching
Coaches manage rosters, player profiles, call-ups and attendance. The coaching toolkit includes a tactical whiteboard, a training drill library, video analysis and live match tracking from a phone. Player and team statistics are recorded per season.
Communications
One official channel replaces the club's WhatsApp groups: push notifications, automatic call-ups, newsletters and announcements, all logged and attributable. Families receive the calendar, call-ups and club communications in their own app.
Platforms and technical detail
Cloud-based, with a web panel for the board and coaches and native apps for iOS and Android. A REST API is available for integration with third-party systems. The interface is available in Spanish, English, Portuguese, French, German, Italian, Catalan, Galician and Chinese. Daily automated backups. GDPR compliant, with data hosted in the European Union.

Pricing model
