Who it is for

Organisations that hold a sponsor licence and carry its reporting and record-keeping duties, such as care providers, restaurants, consultancies and charities without an in-house immigration team.

What it does

- Works out each reporting deadline in UK working days, using the bank holidays for England and Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland, and cites the Home Office guidance paragraph.
