What is SS Deckly?
SS Deckly is an AI guest experience and concierge platform for hotels, resorts and waterfront hospitality in the UAE and GCC. Guests send an enquiry through a branded page, reached by link or QR code, and the AI replies around the clock in English, Arabic, French, Spanish, German, Russian and Hindi. Requests for tours, transfers and rentals go to the venue's own preferred partners, who confirm availability through a secure link. The guest then receives a confirmation with the partner's contact details and arranges payment directly with the partner.
Hotels bring their own partners, who register at no cost, and SS Deckly can suggest partners where needed. We set out what is expected of each partner and review performance using guest feedback, number of bookings and whether pricing is competitive. The team can step in at any time.
Rental and tour operators can also use SS Deckly to take enquiries and bookings.
