StackWeaver overview
What is StackWeaver?
StackWeaver is a web platform where regulated companies and their audit partners manage compliance evidence in one shared workspace.
How it works:
1. Upload evidence such as policies, configuration exports, reports and screenshots. Each file is fingerprinted with SHA-256 and given an evidence ID.
2. Your audit or advisory firm reviews each item, accepting it or rejecting it with a written reason.
3. Accepted evidence is signed off and locked. Every decision is written to a chained record, so any later change is detectable.
4. Export the workspace as a single evidence package (an open, documented format) for auditors, banks, investors or regulators.
The client portal also tracks compliance posture, findings and remediation tasks. The partner portal lets firms run several client engagements side by side.
Frameworks covered: CBN AML/CFT, NDPA, SOC 2, ISO 27001 and PCI DSS. Built in Nigeria for African fintechs, payment service providers and B2B SaaS companies.
