When an RFP is selected, Stepscale parses the solicitation and organizes requirements, evaluation criteria, deadlines, and supporting research. Teams can apply their own go/no-go factors, investigate competitors, and keep every pursuit decision tied to the source documents.

A searchable content library makes past proposals, project sheets, resumes, methods, and supporting materials easier to reuse. Stepscale retrieves relevant source content for the current opportunity and helps prepare a first draft for review by proposal coordinators and subject-matter experts. Completed responses can be downloaded as Word or PDF files.
