Findings become work

Every problem becomes an action: each Gemba finding, and each EQ Mirror category, survey dimension or maturity dimension below target opens one on its own. Each action goes to the head of its site's country, who hands it to one person with a deadline. The person holding it asks for completion; the owner or an admin approves it or sends it back. Critical actions need a Solutions Center analysis first. Daily reminders start 7 days before the deadline. Statuses: Planned, In Progress, Completion Requested, Completed. Nothing closes itself.

Security and privacy

Each organisation's data is kept separate, on Google Cloud (Firebase) in the EU (europe-west1). Export your data or delete your account at any time, even with an active subscription (deleting does not cancel it; a member's deletion is approved by an admin). Consent records are kept as legal proof. GDPR, KVKK and PDPA aligned.
