STRASYS Culture is a cultural excellence management platform that measures, tracks and improves organizational culture through systematic assessment and closed-loop action management. It serves pharmaceutical manufacturing and multi-site enterprises that need quality culture monitoring across distributed operations. The platform gives executives, quality leaders and site directors a unified scorecard that aggregates several assessment methodologies into one composite measure and enables benchmarked comparison across all sites, without external consultants or annual survey administration.

Four measurement modules feed a centralized Cultural Excellence Dashboard. EQ Mirror delivers anonymous bottom-up leadership assessments through token-based links that require no respondent account, login or app install. Organizations define up to 20 of their own behavioral categories, such as Decision Making, Communication or Emotional Maturity, with up to 20 questions each scored 1 to 5. Responses are aggregated without linking answers to identities. Culture Survey administers a six dimension climate survey covering Quality Ownership, Speak-Up Culture, Continuous Improvement, Data Integrity, Leadership Commitment and Learning and Development across 22 behavioral questions, with dimensions and question text editable in Settings. Gemba Walk provides structured templates for 5S Culture, Quality Mindset and Safety Culture audits on site. Maturity Radar scores six fixed dimensions, Leadership Behavior, Quality Mindset, Field Engagement, Quality Indicators, Governance Review and Cultural Foundation, on a five level scale from Ad Hoc to Optimizing, with current and target overlays and trajectory tracking across cycles. The system calculates a composite Cultural Excellence Score and sorts site performance into five tiers from Exceptional to Action Needed. Any category scoring below 70 out of 100 automatically triggers a root cause analysis workflow.

The Action Center turns identified gaps into trackable items with owners, due dates and evidence capture. Actions move through Planned, In Progress, Completion Requested, Pending Approval and Completed, so a closure request is raised and an approver confirms it before the item closes. An immutable audit trail records every creation, edit and closure with timestamp and user attribution. The dashboard supports per-site drill-down across all four modules plus maturity gap analysis, and includes a live map overlay with markers color coded by tier.

A six tier role-based access control model scopes visibility at global, regional, country and site level, so executives see organization-wide patterns while site managers see only their own site. The platform supports multi-entity, multi-country and multi-language deployments. Data is held under European data privacy regulations with AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit on Google Cloud in europe-west1, with application integrity enforced by Firebase App Check. Sign-in is through Google and Microsoft Entra ID accounts. Culture runs standalone within the wider STRASYS ecosystem and works in any modern web browser with no local installation.
