SupplySafe overview

What is SupplySafe?

SupplySafe is a cloud-based Safety Data Sheet (SDS) register and QR poster system built for Australian workplaces that handle hazardous chemicals. The platform serves two distinct user groups: workshops and workplaces that need a legally compliant hazardous chemicals register, and manufacturers, importers, and brand owners that need to distribute SDS to their customers. Data is stored in Sydney, Australia, and the platform is Australian owned and operated.

For workplaces, SupplySafe maintains a per-site hazardous chemicals register that updates automatically whenever a manufacturer publishes a new SDS revision, with change flagging and review-due date tracking based on SDS revision dates. Registers are exportable in printable A4 and CSV formats to support audits and compliance obligations. Each site receives a QR poster that gives workers instant, no-login access to the current register and associated SDS on site, removing the need to manually chase updated documents from suppliers.

For manufacturers, importers, and brand owners, SupplySafe provides a free SDS publishing portal. Publishing once distributes updated SDS automatically to every workplace register holding those products. An SDS library browsable by manufacturer, integrations support, and dual-format register exports round out the platform's feature set. Target industries include automotive workshops (mechanics, panel and smash repairers), cleaning contractors, and aquatic centres, with a primary focus on small to medium Australian businesses.
