GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.
Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.

GetApp lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. GetApp is free for users. Software providers pay us for sponsored profiles to receive web traffic and sales opportunities. Sponsored profiles include a link-out icon that takes users to the provider’s website.

What is SwipeToLaunch?
SwipeToLaunch is a launch directory for startups, SaaS products, dev tools and apps, built around one mechanic: swipe. New products appear one card at a time, and visitors swipe right if they like the idea and left if they don't. Every swipe is a vote, and no account is needed to swipe.
The ranking comes from approval, not upvote counts. A product's score is the share of its swipes that said launch, and the board weighs that share against sample size, so 100% from 2 swipes sits below 92% from hundreds. Below 5 swipes a score is labelled Early. One vote per person per product.
Makers submit with one link and no account, and the site drafts the listing from their page. A free listing goes live once the SwipeToLaunch badge is on the maker's homepage. Featured costs $29 one-time: it goes live right away and is shown first in the deck and on the board for 30 days, with a gold mark. A moderator reviews each new listing within about a day. Every product gets a public listing page, a place in the swipe deck and a spot on the weekly board. Developers and AI agents can read launch data through a REST API, an MCP endpoint and Markdown pages.
