Takeoff Field Tools is built for owner-estimators, small contractors, specialty trades, remodelers, and rehab investors who want a focused Windows takeoff workflow without another monthly bill. Import a PDF plan, floorplan, or supported image, calibrate from a reliable dimension, and measure counts, lengths, perimeters, areas, and volumes. Carry those quantities into reusable cost items and assemblies with material, labor, equipment, subcontract, waste, tax, overhead, and profit. Review assumptions and warnings, save bid versions, and create proposals, estimate workbooks, quantity reports, exports, backups, and project packages. Projects and reusable estimating setup stay on the PC, so core work remains available offline after installation. Takeoff does not include automatic AI takeoff, browser or mobile apps, hosted real-time collaboration, scheduling, invoicing, accounting integration, or actual-versus-budget job costing. Photo measurements need a reliable same-plane reference and field verification. The perpetual v1 license is $79 once for one named user on up to two Windows PCs. It includes all v1 updates and a 30-day money-back guarantee. There is no subscription.
