TalentShield is a cloud-based candidate fraud detection platform that integrates with applicant tracking systems as a verification layer, checking every job application at the moment of arrival for signs of fraud, fabrication, or manipulation. Designed for HR and talent acquisition teams at technology companies hiring globally or remotely, recruitment agencies, and enterprises using structured hiring platforms, TalentShield surfaces fraud signals without altering recruiter workflows or adding friction for applicants. Results, including an Application Integrity Score, a plain-language badge, and per-signal evidence, are written back automatically to the candidate record in the ATS. No automatic rejections or filtering occur; all hiring decisions remain with the recruiter.

TalentShield checks each application against 70+ signals across four areas: file-level metadata and hidden text, CV content patterns such as fabrication and job-ad mirroring, contact and identity verification including VoIP numbers, throwaway email domains, sanctions list matches, and LinkedIn mismatches, and cross-checks outside the CV. The platform detects AI-generated resumes and profile photos, borrowed or stolen identities, and hidden text or prompt injection instructions embedded in resume files to manipulate AI screening tools. It integrates via API with Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever, Workday Recruiting, Teamtailor, Workable, SmartRecruiters, iCIMS, Recruitee, BambooHR, Traffit, and any ATS with an API. TalentShield is deployed as cloud-based SaaS, as a standalone API, or as an embedded layer within an existing ATS or job board product.
