thēma overview

What is thēma?

thēma is a web-based practice management platform built for psychologists and psychotherapists working in Italy. It combines encrypted client records, an appointment calendar with reminders, and clinical notes with AI-assisted summaries. Notes can be typed, photographed from handwritten pages or dictated, and thēma turns them into text for the clinical record.

Invoicing follows Italian rules for psychologists, including the ENPAP contribution and stamp duty, and links payments to sessions. Practitioners manage GDPR consents and data export from the same place. With «Incarica thēma», users can delegate routine tasks such as preparing a session briefing.

thēma runs in the browser with no installation and is designed for solo practitioners and small practices. It is available in Italian.
