Available via web, Windows desktop app, iOS, and Android, it connects tracked hours directly to project management, budgets, billing, and profitability reporting in a single workspace, removing the need for separate tools across these functions.

TimeMagick supports desktop, mobile, and manual time entry alongside employee activity monitoring that tracks active vs. idle time and app and URL usage without capturing screenshots. A Private Time feature records personal time separately so it is not counted as worked hours. Project and task management includes Gantt chart views, per-project chat channels with role-based permissions, direct messages, and group conversations. Budget alerts and forecasting surface over-servicing during active engagements, while tracked-time approval with an editable billable percentage keeps billing decisions explicit before invoicing.
