TIMEON.GURU is a cloud-based workforce management platform covering shift scheduling, timesheet reporting, clock in/out tracking, and report generation. Accessible via web browser and mobile app on computers, tablets, and smartphones, it supports HR, payroll, finance, and operations teams across organizations of any size, including multi-location and multi-country deployments with multi-language support.

The platform is structured around three core modules. The Scheduling module allows managers to define shifts and cycles, create and copy schedules, auto-generate schedules, and publish them with team notifications. Employees can input work preferences, and schedules sync with Google Calendar, iCal, and Outlook. Weekly and monthly views are available by shift and role. The Timesheets module provides daily and monthly work reports, time reporting by client, project, and activity, day/night work and break tracking, expense calculation, and period approval and closing. The Clock In/Out module logs working day start and end times, tracks breaks, records geolocation at clock-in/out, sends shift start reminders, and notifies supervisors of late arrivals, with optional integration with access control systems and automatic data transfer to the Timesheets module.
