Its service-based agent supports device onboarding, durable telemetry, hardware and application inventory, Windows update context, performance diagnostics, and security-posture visibility across Defender/antivirus, firewall, BitLocker, UAC, screen lock, password policy, and scan freshness. Endpoint-originated network assessments track gateway and internet latency, jitter, packet loss, and on-demand speed results, while network sentinels can contribute infrastructure telemetry without a full endpoint agent. Operational workflows include events, immediate or scheduled notifications, helpdesk ticketing, assets, saved reports, CSV/XLSX exports, public report links, a client API, and webhooks. Tonzio is designed for Windows-heavy SMB and mid-market IT teams and MSP-style environments. It does not claim full cross-platform UEM, deep patch-remediation parity, or EDR/XDR coverage.
