I did like the feature on another software product we used that made graphs really easy to make and use. For a visual person like myself, that is helpful.

It has recently really improved. It is easy to learn, they have great customer support and it works really well for the price.

Lack of graph making- which could be user error.

Over my (almost) two years there have only been a few times that we needed support, each time I was disappointed with the availability to get someone on the phone / response time on email.

The interaction with external APIs is extremely limited. Being able to download and upload data with various fields and mapping is restrictive.

We are super pleased with the product. We found that is helps in saving time by not conducting unnecessary interviews when a candidate does not have the technical ability.

The product is pretty useful for the purpose we use it for - mostly in the recruitment process. Integration to our process was easy enough, which is a great plus.

With virtually no existing customer service, a waste of money and effort and a damage to the reputation of the user.

Overall it was very satisfactory, you can have your first assessment created, and shared within 10 minutes, and the screening questions, welcome video and anti-cheating functionality is great.
