What is Trainzo?
Trainzo is a coaching platform built for independent fitness coaches and studio teams. Coaches construct workout programmes on a web-based builder, organizing sessions into phases and calendars, then deliver them directly to clients through a free iOS and Android mobile app. A live roster surfaces completed, missed, and upcoming sessions alongside every logged set, removing the need for manual follow-up or external tracking tools.
Trainzo provides access to a library of 2,004 filmed and cued movements and 25 pre-written programmes, giving coaches a ready foundation for client programming. Client-side features include a daily session view, demonstration videos, two-tap set logging, and automatic personal record and history tracking. Each coach operates a sealed, private programming environment, so clients training under two coaches simultaneously see no crossover between them. A per-coach messaging thread keeps communication contextual. Coaches can also add themselves as their own client, consolidating personal and professional training within a single account.
Trainzo is deployed as a web application for coaches and as a native mobile app for clients, who access it at no cost with no account setup friction. Pricing tiers scale by roster size, from a free tier supporting up to three clients through to unlimited-client plans, making the platform viable for solo coaches and growing studio teams alike.
