TravelPal is the AI concierge for vacation rental companies and boutique hotels, priced at $25 per unit per month.

It answers guest messages around the clock, in the language the guest writes in, from your own listing data and message history, and it reads the whole conversation rather than only the last few messages, so an answer late in a long thread still carries what was agreed at the start. Then it sells: late checkout, early check-in, and mid-stay cleaning are offered in chat at your exact prices, paid by card, with every sold change written into Guesty so your front desk and cleaning crew see it where they already look. Airbnb guests pay through Airbnb's own Resolution Center; VRBO, Booking.com, and direct guests pay by a secure card link. Turnovers are protected: a late checkout or early check-in sells only when the cleaning calendar allows it.

Every guest also gets a digital guidebook, a private page per stay with your recommendations, bookable extras at your prices, and tours and experiences from Viator.

TravelPal knows when to stop. Complaints and refund requests stop the AI and alert a person. Questions it cannot answer confidently are held for your team, and your answer is relayed back to the guest in one voice. A door code is sent only when that exact code is on file for that unit. Every fact the AI answers from is visible, deletable, and overridable by hand.

The price is a flat $25 per unit per month: no onboarding fee, no commission on upsells, no message caps, and no surcharge as you add units. Onboarding is one form; paste a Guesty API key and your listings import themselves. A Miami property management company runs TravelPal across 111 units. In the 30 days to October 3, 2026 it sold 61 extras worth $7,803, paid by card.
