Trimestre is a web-based application built for Spanish self-employed workers (autonomos) and small businesses across trades, transport, retail, personal care, and local professional services. Operating entirely in the browser with no installation required, it allows users to photograph invoices on mobile or desktop, automatically extracting supplier name, date, tax base, VAT amount, and total from each image. Each new invoice updates a real-time forecast of VAT (IVA) and income tax withholding (IRPF) owed for the current quarter, giving users a clear liability figure well before the quarterly deadline on day 20.

The platform is structured around three plan tiers. The base tier covers solo freelancers needing invoice capture and tax forecasting. The Profesional plan adds invoice issuance with correct VAT numbering. The Negocio plan extends to teams of up to 5 users and supports tracking of multiple separate business activities within a single account. All plans include data export and accountant-sharing tools designed to streamline handoff to a gestoria, with invoices organized and ready to review. No accounting knowledge is required to operate the platform.
