What is Verdikx?
Verdikx (verdikx.com) helps online stores stop losing money to fraud, chargebacks and refund abuse.
Before an order ships, Verdikx gives it a risk score from 0 to 100 and explains the reasons in plain English, such as a disposable email, a mismatched address or a customer with a history of refunds. Merchants can approve, hold or review orders, build their own risk rules from templates, and keep a blocklist of emails, phones and addresses.
When a chargeback comes in, Verdikx opens a case with the amount, reason code and response deadline, shows which evidence that reason code needs, and pulls it from order, shipping and customer records. An AI-drafted response cites each record, and the merchant reviews it before anything is submitted. Optional Autopilot prepares a draft and evidence packet for every new dispute.
Verdikx works inside Shopify and as a web workspace that connects to WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Stripe and other platforms. Pricing is a flat monthly fee: no percentage of recovered revenue and no long-term contract.
