VerusTrust Forms - 2026 Pricing, Features, Reviews & Alternatives

VerusTrust Forms is a cloud-based field data collection and form-building platform designed for organizations that depend on accurate, structured, and legally defensible records. Hosted on Microsoft Azure, it combines a no-code drag-and-drop form builder with an offline-first mobile app for iOS and Android, GPS capture (points, lines, and polygons), a real-time submissions dashboard, granular role-based access control, and optional blockchain verification. Target industries include construction and field inspection, conservation and wildlife programs, NGOs and international development, energy and HSE compliance, forestry, supply chain traceability, and safety audits. The platform suits organizations of any size, from grassroots community groups to multinational agencies, with per-account pricing that avoids per-seat costs that scale poorly with large or seasonal crews.

VerusTrust Forms supports a wide range of field types including text, numeric, date, file, image, table, GPS, and lookup fields. An AI form builder generates deployment-ready forms from plain-language descriptions, reducing manual setup time. Optional blockchain verification hashes selected fields and anchors them to a public blockchain via smart contracts, producing tamper-evident records that auditors, regulators, or legal reviewers can independently verify without requiring system access. Activity logs track every change, and a platform-agnostic API supports programmatic form management and embedding into external systems. GDPR-aligned data handling and regional data-residency options are available through Azure hosting.

The platform offers a full-feature free plan with no time limit and no credit card required, allowing real-condition testing before any payment commitment. Paid plans scale per account rather than per seat, making VerusTrust Forms a practical option for organizations with variable or large field crews. Reusable form templates, one-click CSV and Excel export, and no-code configuration mean operational and non-technical staff can build, deploy, and manage forms without developer involvement.
