The platform offers automated categorisation, prioritisation and routing of incoming emails using custom defined labels so that each message reaches the appropriate team or department. It generates context aware email drafts in the user style and tone by pulling relevant information from connected business systems and presenting replies as editable drafts directly in the email client. Users can query business data such as order status, inventory levels or policy details from an inbox sidebar without switching applications. The system supports integration with information repositories including knowledge bases, document libraries, previous email threads and enterprise resource planning, customer relationship management, transportation management and warehouse management systems. A forthcoming feature will enable automatic extraction, validation and preparation of data for insertion into enterprise resource planning or workflow applications.

The solution operates entirely within existing Gmail or Outlook interfaces without requiring a separate application. All AI generated drafts require human review and approval prior to sending while an optional auto send function can be configured for specific workflows. Users can define communication tone, escalation rules, safety filters and workflow triggers through a user friendly dashboard without writing code. Multiple AI agents can be deployed for different departments or workflows with distinct integrations, permissions and operational parameters.

Deployment involves connecting the email platform and relevant business systems via API or direct SQL database connections and can be completed in approximately fifteen minutes. The platform supports Google Workspace and Microsoft environments and shared inbox configurations. It operates in more than seventy languages including Arabic, Chinese, French, German, Spanish and Turkish. The platform complies with GDPR and holds ISO nine thousand one, ISO twenty seven thousand one and NIS two certifications. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest and user data is not used for training external models.
