waytrk is strategy execution software. It connects an organisation's strategy (Priorities, Objectives, Key Results and KPIs) to every team's plan of work, then shows which Objectives have no work behind them, which work is timed to clash, how much change lands on each team, and what a late date holds up. Plan alternatives can be compared before anything changes.

It answers the question leadership teams keep asking: are we doing the right things to move in the direction our strategy sets? Each team's plan usually lives in its own spreadsheet, so nobody can see which parts of the strategy have no work behind them, or where one team's dates will hold up another's. waytrk answers that from the plans teams already keep.

In waytrk, a Function is a team, department or service. Each Function's Owner keeps its plan current with a short weekly update, or uploads the team's Excel workbook again. When updates stop, waytrk says so: missing dates show as missing, and a Key Result with nothing recorded for 90 days shows Update due. waytrk never moves a date: each Owner decides their side of a dependency.

The price grows with how much of your organisation you plan, never with the number of people who use it. Every paid level includes up to 1,000 people in any role. One Function is free for good, with no card.
