WezwaniePro is a receivables management tool built specifically for Polish law. It lets a creditor prepare court-ready collection documents and calculate exactly what is owed, without a lawyer or a collection agency.

Core functions

Document generation: payment demands (wezwanie do zaplaty), final pre-court demands and interest notes (nota odsetkowa), output as print-ready PDF containing the legal basis, the amount written in words, a table of interest periods and the creditor's bank details.

Interest engine: calculates statutory late-payment interest under art. 481 of the Civil Code and the higher interest on commercial transactions, both derived from National Bank of Poland reference rates. Because the reference rate changes over time, the delay is automatically split into separate periods and each is calculated at the rate then in force. This is the most common error in manually prepared demands.

Recovery compensation: computes the statutory 40, 70 or 100 EUR owed on B2B invoices, selects the correct threshold by invoice value and converts it at the official NBP exchange rate for the required date.

Receivables panel: invoice and debtor ledger, interest accruing daily, one-click document generation from stored records, a three-step automated email dunning sequence and CSV invoice import. Accounting offices can manage multiple client companies with separate creditor profiles from a single account.

Specifications

Cloud-based, browser only, no installation. Interface in Polish. Documents comply with the Civil Code and the act on counteracting excessive payment delays in commercial transactions. Rates update automatically after each Monetary Policy Council decision.

Data handling and security

The free generators are stateless: form data is processed in server memory only for as long as it takes to render the PDF, is never written to a database, and the file is returned straight to the browser. Analytics run without cookies or persistent identifiers and IP addresses are anonymised, so the service shows no cookie banner. Panel accounts use passwordless email login with tokens expiring after 20 minutes. Infrastructure is hosted in the EU and the service operates as a data processor under art. 28 GDPR for debtor data entered by the user.
