Pros

“YouTube has allowed me to acquire many practical skills without having to pay for expensive courses, and it has genuinely enriched my general knowledge while giving me well-deserved relaxing moments after a long day.”

Alessandra M.

President of Berklee Management Club

“Another major advantage is that YouTube allows users to create and upload their own content, making it a powerful tool for content creators and businesses to reach a global audience and also make money through content creation..”

Kwajo R.

Personal use

“It’s especially effective for building awareness through singing tutorials, vocal demos, and short-form clips that can attract new students through search and recommendations.”

Michael Z.

Owner

Pros

“It gives us a polished viewing experience without outside advertisements or unrelated recommendations, and the player can be adjusted with our logo, colors, and preferred embed settings.”

Randall H.

CEO

“Their support team responded very quickly and precisely to every question I asked; I can see they are sticking to their roadmap, and the switch from Vimeo to Livid is incredibly easy and intuitive thanks to their "LOVE" tool: you simply log in to your Vimeo account, select the videos you want to move, and the program handles the rest automatically.”

Alessandro V.

consultant

“The process to upload videos, configure every video and limit it to my domain it's straightforward and also could be automated via API (I didn't use this functionality at the moment)”

Carlos L.

CTO

Cons

“The main drawbacks are the inconsistency of algorithm-driven reach, which can make growth less predictable, and the heavy ad experience for viewers on the free version, which can interrupt engagement.”

Michael Z.

Owner

“There are ads in nearly every corner with newly integrated ones within the video you are watching and it becomes a serious problem.”

Valery C.

Digital philanthropy

“The ad load has grown to the point where a short video carries interruptions longer than the part I came for.”

Denis M.

AI Automation Specialist

Cons

“After organizing my videos into folders, I was disappointed to learn that I could not share the entire folder with all its contents but can only share each individual video.”
