When stuck with something, it is difficult to find solution online. Some articles are outdated and has very poor UI.
Easy to use, very good that it's free to play with.
The view changes when you double click and click on the edit button. Sometimes also causes errors via the Edit option.
The toolkit really helps in ease of mapping and utilizing all features available to the systems you’re integration with.
Documentation is somewhat difficult to understand sometimes cause thinks that in most cases scenario the person which has to use this software knows everything about data integration when it's not.
It has been a great addition to our IT Environment and made Integration easier.
Sometimes it freezes due to source data issues - Should have the ability to diagnose such problems. You have to do guess work to fix it.
The fact that is low-code helps me build packages much faster. It was easy to learn too.

The storage capabilities are awesome. IBM put a package together for us the made it affordable for a company of our size and that benefits our clients.
In some cases it can be slow and present problems of delay to synchronize and does not have much memory.
I think it is very secure and i am fully confident that my data is safe.
Issue faced in Data Transfer at the time peak hours. Troubleshoot is not easy some time its irritating.
Very positive experience. Overall good support and they always have the tools we need to accel.
Some references are too big that they stuck my web browser , example try the reference of watsing discovery and se the magic.
Easy integration with any existing system and after purchasing easy to start working with immediately. Also love the automatic scaling option depend on the workload.

Amazing experience, more than expectations. Due to large no of servers we facing issues in data management and data security. after moving on IBM Cloud we are relax and increasing our productivity.).

The inability to copy/paste data easily (sometimes info doesn't copy over, certain fields needs to be input before others causing errors). Lack of an import function/template.
The team is so responsive and helpful that it gives me confidence in my own abilities, knowing that I can go into any situation and my tracking support team is a click away.
It is hard to copy and paste into customizable fields with drop downs. Updates are from another team and challenging to get made.
This is what I love about Claravine the ability to adapt to client needs, the ability provide value added advice to improve organizational behaviour.
Limited bulk change functionality, so can be hard to make changes across 50 templates I manage.
Claravine's client success team is awesome and will dedicate their time to successfully launching your tracking templates.
Before Claravine, we had no way of seeing or attempting to standardize our marketing links globally.
I have found Claravine useful and effective and prefer it to what I was doing before.
The product looks like a shared spreadsheet, giving you the comfort of what you're used to.
Ease of use is great and does not require immense technical savvy to use or implement.
The ease of use and integration to the various operations and analytics systems we use is the biggest benefit for maintaining and governing our strategic cross-channel taxonomy.

Contentverse is a very stable product with excellent features. A very good product for the price range.
Routes have broken in the past, we have had documents corrupt for no good reason, the printer driver is sometimes hard to work with.
We have gained the ability to get rid of most of our filing cabinets and to maintain and access all important documents for our jobs within a matter of seconds.
The problem is intermittent and they have not been able to isolate the cause.
I like that it's easy to use and most adaptable with our computer system. The support is also great as well.
Only have 2 or 3 users but we pay for 10. Performing backups within the software is difficult.
The entire package allows our employees, drivers, vendors, and clients to work together and see everything that's going on at every level of the company. We could not be more pleased or impressed.
The full text indexing stops working sometimes which makes searching much more dificult (especially when you don't know that the indexing has stopped working).
The upgrades are great and are working quite better than previous software versions (i.e. ViewWise).
It's great to have all the documents filed electronically at your fingertips when you need them. Exporting documents right from the program eliminates having to scan/email documents from the copier.
For the monthly price, it's worth it. I'd recommend Contentverse to anyone in need of document management.

What I really like about Manta is its ability to help me organize all the needs and wants of my business. There's lots of cool features it offers and the functionality is definitely spot on.
I noticed, that list of old Checker reports have some problem. At first shows all reports and then reduces it to selected number.
Customer support was excellent and got great support all the times.
I had looked many other data lineage product but Manta was best as it can read human written views , procedure and scripts. It create perfect data lineage.
The depth and visualization of lineage is really great. Ability to create custom models.
It has a great potential to integrate with different kinds of databases like Oracle, MS SQL etc., and load various metadata objects with a bit of configuration with less turnaround time.
Its really good experience. I would say still Manta has to improve /add more functionality to have better user experience to save the time.
