It gives you great flexibility and you can control your costs easily with it. Simple and powerful tool, highly recommend it.
On June 15, 2019, they have my money & I have no plan function & still no contact from them about my issues.
Chelsea was a great help when we decided to make some adjustments to our backend portals - two-thumbs up for her dedication in helping us.
Connection of device is laggy at times. System does not allow exemption of tax charges for regular items.
Data analysis such as "Top Items" and "Menu Analysis" are very useful and insightful. Highly recommended for food stalls/ restaurants of different sizes.
Report does not show total number of pax count. Report does not show pending sales and closed sales.
Very fast solution, easy to configure, easy to work and connecte withe everything. I like the software but how can i sale in Portugal.

The functionality of the product was pretty good in that it did everything we needed it to do.
It is just so difficult to make reservations that are not the same day – the UI seems to break down when trying to make a reservation that's not the same day.
Always amazing, our Resy specialist is always available, knowledgeable and ready to help.
As a user of Opentable in addition to Resy, I don't like that Resy has limited options when compared to Opentable.
Resy is very easy to use and has a great interface (backend and guest view). They have a gold star support team.
On the app, I prefer the old formatting in the inventory view. It's a bit confusing to navigate now and also doesn't allow me to make changes on the app that I'm able to make on the website.

I was able to control pacing, block specific times and slots, and other actions that I didn't want my team of hostesses to mistakenly control.
The support team is THE BEST and always extremely helpful.

This has been one the most user friendly POS systems i have encountered, its perfect for my little stand and the customer service is amazing.
Our end of day accounting sheet did not balance, we discovered we charged someone to much.
Love this company so easy to use their system. Customer service is super easy to deal with and the speed of help when you need it is impeccable.
There was a cheat sheet and labels on the deveice.
SmartSwipe has not only provided great rates, but the equipment seems to be state of the art with all the new technologies. Highly Recommend talking to them.
Thats why its only 3 stars. I have all my bookings in there so it really made my business look incompetent.
Customer support representative talked me through getting a credit to the customers quickly witch balanced our drawer. Thank you for your help.
Easy quick approval , very easy to use and quick setup. App is easy to charge cards and keep track of customers.
We are using this system to process payments and it is working absolutely great.
The customer serve rice was also great with this company.
This is the best card swiper I have evwr used.
The actual work flow was well thought out and it completes a transaction in record time. The cost of SS has shown to be less than it competitors over time.

We know there are cheap, alternative rental software packages on the market, but these tend to be aimed at the smaller business - often falling short in functionality somewhere along the line.
They have made the transition from our previous rental solution to MCS seamless. They work with the utmost professionalism and friendliness and are very approachable if we have any queries.
Any small issues that have arisen have been solved “on the fly. Maybe WE will discover some issues in the future, but we have no worries about them being handled promptly on request.
Pros: Ease of use at user level, quick to learn and dramatically reduces user error once familiar at the operation. Easy to see and calculate revenue and pipelines and great at tracking assets.
Although has no effect on the system operation some areas can look a little congested overtime.
MCS was our perfect software solution because it simplified our in-house processes.
Its a complete scam and have no understanding of the word loyalty.
MCS has also helped us to improve our customer service with better document control through quoting and contracts and then obtaining signatures through MCS E-Sign.
MCS works great and is easy to use when you get to know the system.
Our favourite part of MCS is the efficiency it brings to us as a business. For example, we save at least 10 minutes per contract when it comes to invoicing, as there is no need for manual processes.

Batch invoicing works really well for us too. We can review them before they are sent and we now distribute the majority of them by email or EDI which has saved us time , effort and money.
Updates are frequent and well thought out and support via the Account Managers and the Helpdesk is seamless.
MCS has given our business the confidence required to be able to grow and has given our teams back valuable time to spend with our customers.

I have been happy with our experience with Simphony. They provide a great product.
This company has got to be the WORST company to deal with, I can't imagine a worse roll out.
Simphony gives us great flexibility and supports our solution in a good way.
It was a really bad choice. Oracle Simphony has basiclly no support, you call support, they issue a ticket or tell you that someone will be calling you back and you never hear back from anyone.
We are integrating self-service ordering with Simphony, and it is a good solution that works for a huge amount of monthly transactions.
Micros NYC/Oracle is by far the worst software installers/developers that I have ever worked with. Make a wise choice, don’t choose Oracle Simphony.
POS, purchasing and reporting. The software has great capabilities and covers all areas a hospitality business requires.
SAVE YOURSELF THE PAIN AND STAY AWAY. I greatly regret not having chosen a different company and system.
Its very positive program and very easy to use also easy to maintain the inventory system.
Everything not completed on original set up will cost thousands of dollars to correct by an oracle programmer.
Very helpful software , reduce the time of any paperwork , easy integrate with opera system, you can get customized reposts.

We integrate a lot through simphony with accounts, loyalty, takeaway/delievry platform, Gift certificates. Has great inventory mgt capabilities with theoreticals.
Simphony is a whole suite of software including Gift & Loyalty, Reporting & Analytics and also provide extensibility by developing additional modules that can extend functionality in Simphony.

Overall, for a business just starting out, it was a great solution and your tech support was always really amazing.
Support is expensive and required which was a terrible point. So terrible, in fact, that I will never recommend this software to any other company I represent again.
This is the best software I have found for my bar at any price. Customers love the integrated music, and it makes checking id's really easy.
You will PAY MORE for PointOS Profesional than their competitors once you figure in the losses, stain to your business reputation and sheer aggravation you will endure with this company.

You will PAY MORE for PointOS Profesional than their competitors once you figure in the losses, stain to your business reputation and sheer aggravation you will endure with this company.

By switching to PointOS, the processor they required for direct integration has been great and has saved us a bundle.

Complete pain in the a** to set up. Operation not particularly intuitive at first.

It got to the point that I refused updates regularly unless I could be there and on a slow day just to deal with the onslaught of issues that arise every time I did an update.

The work with it is wonderful, the follow-up of the sale, the stores, the work team, and its settings are simple, and the customer service is quick to respond, and I am very happy with my use of it.
Terrible product One month in and still not collecting sales tax properly , cannot figure out reports , handheld dies not work with main terminal.
Possible POS was the perfect solution for us. The system was perfectly customized for us, and anytime we do have a technical support question there is always someone knowledgeable to talk to.
Also if an employee hasn't check in the software gives you a notification but lets the employee use the system, so you have no control on employees using other employees numbers.
We like the features and ease of use of the software. The employees are responsive to any questions that we have had.
The biggest winner for my clients is their support, they provide 24X7 support and the entire team is very responsive.
Excellent Service and Very user friendly POS system. The knowledgeable staff/techs made it easy for me to get full inventory of my store and keep product specials active and accurate.
Very user friendly, easy to change to or walk into. Good customer support, inventory options are a plus.
Overall it's a perfect solution for the current restaurant software market as it is compatible with all other existing services and software.
Ease of training employees on it for the ease of the system.

Accounting Integration with Tally was a deciding factor for us as Tally is a quite common solution for accounting. Also, automatic order integration from Uber Eats and Door Dash is quite impressive.

The customer service is incomparable, they were soo incredible, always happy to help, find solutions or build me a special way for my business to succeed.
I feel I still need to fully grasp what I have I'm hands in order to offer any constructive dislikes.
Great so far, system works great, assistance is very caring and the orders are flowiung through.
Compare to gloriafood promo engine is limited but still the amount of progess I have seen in last few months I guess they will be very competative with the big player in near future.
Great features and customer support. Best part it you can suggest a feature and track progress of your suggested features in development if its in high demand.
