One of my favorite features is the flexibility to run multiple campaigns as once and the smart sequence is awesome.
For me personalizing the sequensen is hard because you target so many people at once.
Customer service is fantastic, response time is excellent, have sent through screenshots when I have hit a snag and they are all over it.
Bugs, inbox issues, leads going to sales nav inbox or linkedin inbox confused my clients.
Ve tested many softwares for lead generation and sky lead is definitely the best of them. Skylead has all the features you need for lead generation and has some cool stuff.

The support ist fast and has always a solution, the tool is great for cold outreach and the price is unbeatable.

We'ev only been working with Nymblr for a few months, so we're just learning how to best use it. However, it's been a good tool for our market outreach efforts.
There are SO MANY BUGS in this software it's ridiculous. For example, you cannot add leads to a list, even though a notification pops up saying the leads were added.
Great data quality at a very competitive price + clean and fast UI and API access allowed our team to quickly onboard our team and connect Nymblr to our system.
This is my go to tool for lead development. I have tried many platforms, and have been disappointed.

Very positive overall, it is a good tool made by a good company. Has helped our org ensure that sales reps follow up on the leads marketing and sales managers want out reps to.
We had some trouble with one of our other software and Salesvue communicating.
Everything with Salesvue as a daily user has been great. We enjoy the program and I'm happy we made the transition to take advantage of this software.
There can be lag time between adding a contact/account to a plan and that contact/account showing up in the Tasks page.
Salesvue has the BEST customer service. They are responsive, quick to remediate and are always willing to help.
Many times if a follow up has been set with a customer, and I am deep into completing lists of calls, I will forget about a follow up call.
It's great to help keep accounts and notes organized. As a daily user of this software, it's user-friendly and helpful to pull reports without going to administrators for those needs.
As with any integrated system, making sure the data in our CRM matches with the data in Salesvue is sometimes difficult.
I can quickly and easily send emails, make phone calls, and manage my outreach efforts. It helps me to stay on top of all of my work as well as remain consistent in my outbound sales efforts.

It is super easy for my job to have the chance to interact with my customer because it makes it faster and easier for me and for them too.
Poor product that did not develop well over time. Additionally bad business practices making it hard to leave.
This is great for having multiple people work off the same screen. It's also great that you don't have to download anything.
This is not possible online and interaction with support is required. That is uncommon for a simple SaaS tool and a pain for customers.
I can easily share control with customers. The ability to brand own video call session is nice.
So far there is nothing that I truly dislike about Demodesk. There are a couple of smaller features that could still be added though.
What I like most about Demodesk is the ability to have all meeting attendees work on the same screen without downloading anything.
No possibility to take notes, but it seems that this feature is on the roadmap.

There aren't many clicks or explanations for setting up a demo desk meeting. Its super easy to use & my customers use it without any problems as well.
Demodesk feels a lot more suitable for pitching a solution or demonstrating software functionality to clients than the usual screensharing tools.
No more cumbersome downloads on the client side. Also, I really like how smooth video call sessions with Demodesk work.
Integrates with top CRM systems such as Hubspot & Salesforce.
Collaborating on screen together vs. switching from one sharing to another sharing, seeing how the user navigates and interacts with the software is crucial.

We will continue to be with Revenue.io because of the services we received from them. You can also check this amazing application as it is highly recommended in the market for calling operations.
Anytime you end a call, you get an annoying Warning message saying that you have not yet logged the call.
Good integration with salesforce. Has good call coaching tools that allow us to look for certain keywords and phrases while coaching.
The one thing that I find very annoying is the dropped calls. In the Medicare business, if we don't get permission to call a customer back, you pretty much have lost a lead.
Ring DNA gets the job done. I usually have pretty good connection and don’t really ever have any dropped calls which is good.
The dialer feels cheap and I hate that it has to be it's own little window open all the time. It's also constantly making me log back in.
The call management of this software is brilliant. You can easily handle the call-queue as there is an in-built option called ‘call queue’ to identify how many calls are waiting to be answered.
This causes a problem when my productivity is being measured. It appears that I did not convert the call when in actuality, it is a duplicate entry.
RingDNA connects easily with pretty much any CRM which is nice for auto logging. It also has a bunch of easy to use features.
Overall, I like the software because productivity is increased.
I find that to be a great learning tool with my Medicare customers.
Customer telephony integration is key to get this software installed. The software is a good platform for receiving and sending calls.
I like the way that RingDNA interfaces with Salesforce when dispositioning calls.
Some cool features for Management - very cumbersome for an Account Executive.

The call management of this software is brilliant. You can easily handle the call-queue as there is an in-built option called ‘call queue’ to identify how many calls are waiting to be answered.
This causes a problem when my productivity is being measured. It appears that I did not convert the call when in actuality, it is a duplicate entry.
RingDNA connects easily with pretty much any CRM which is nice for auto logging. It also has a bunch of easy to use features.
Overall, I like the software because productivity is increased.
I find that to be a great learning tool with my Medicare customers.

Anytime you end a call, you get an annoying Warning message saying that you have not yet logged the call.
Good integration with salesforce. Has good call coaching tools that allow us to look for certain keywords and phrases while coaching.
The one thing that I find very annoying is the dropped calls. In the Medicare business, if we don't get permission to call a customer back, you pretty much have lost a lead.
Ring DNA gets the job done. I usually have pretty good connection and don’t really ever have any dropped calls which is good.
The dialer feels cheap and I hate that it has to be it's own little window open all the time. It's also constantly making me log back in.

One of the best tools I have seen to manage our client's wealth and portfolio. Very exciting with it's AI and ML-based sentiment analysis with product suggestion engine.
I have to manage my leads separately in Linked IN and then get them added to CRM. Reports for identifying trends are missing, eg, how an account or a business unit is growing over a period of time.
SimpleCRM is most easy to adopt and the ability to integrate with our other applications gave good customer 360. Claim submission and approval - full automation.
No track of the same also unless user find it out. Also when we request a change, it would be done but they never see the side effects of it.
This product is good and has so many features which could help your organization and MI in supporting business.
As with all software it has bugs, but no real game changers.
As a business we have been with SimpleCRM since it started. We are very pleased with the leadership, management and desire to continually enhance the product as per change of service requirements.
The cost of the software can be lowered for domestic client.
