The fact that they have a client portal with the different lead types (positive response, referral, and deferred interest) is really useful. They have good customer service also.
The parameters of LinkedIn profiling can prove limiting (e.g. employee size, lack of turnover information).
And in that respect, being able to talk directly to the people at SoPro and tap into their recommended best practice was hugely valuable.
Extremely difficult to integrate with 365 even, overpriced and overall just another data miner.
I like that all the new customer acquisition costs are fixed. Great HUB with great reporting and specific company information.
Software did not allow to target specific customers, exclusion list is critical to stop emails going to existing customers.
Its a very positive experience, I like the flexibility and control it gives us and it all means we can just concentrate on nurturing leads.
No integration with Sugar CRM at the moment, although I know they are working on it.

I've used La Growth Machine with more than 20 customers and the results have always been good. Also, the customer support team is amazing.
Limitation imposed by LinkedIn or Gmail on the number of people you can connect to in a weekThe Business pack is a bit pricy.
It has been a very good experience so far and has resulted in good deals.I like the friendly approach from all team.
I'm missing a global dashboard to see all the actions performed by my identities, but no doubt it will come sooner or later.
Super convenient to use when you want to reach a lead through different channels (email, LinkedIn, Twitter). Very good for testing on short amount of leads.
It should be able to distiguish positive vs negative responses, as it's time consuming to have to do this manually. Some things are a bit hard to grasp in the beginning.
We launch multichannel campaigns thanks to LGM, with linkedin vocal message and email personalized with ice-breakers. Very useful and good performances.
Sometimes it's a bit difficult to understand why you do not reach the daily limits of your account in terms of sent emails or messages.

The Spotio customer service was remarkable. The software is helpful and the friendly support made it even better.
Horrible, should have left sooner. Couldn’t meet with me the day before my quarterly invoice came in and then denied my refund on the billing date for the next quarter.
As a Manager, real time information is important and Spotio provides it. I really appreciate that Spotio is always updating and improving their software and provides great customer service.
We tried SalesRabbit and it was the worst customer service and they also lied to us.
I like how easy Spotio is to navigate and how effective it is in keeping me organized. The last thing I want is to carry anything with me out in the field.
Missing pins, crashing at times, errors which are expected with new software implementation in our company.
My experience has been fantastic dealing with Leilani has been excellent.
The thing I dislike most right now is that fact that when we zoom out to see all of the areas in a particular city, the areas disappear. In order to see the outlined areas, you have to zoom in more.
So I decided to invest in 10 Ipads which gave them enough battery life for the entire day which helped a lot. Spotio was fairly responsive and tried their best to solve the issues.
It's great to know where I am and whats around me. It is very very easy to use you can filter by the status variables that you yourself crate and customize.
I use Spotio everyday and it's an amazing app and worth the money.
This company and their Spotio apps are absolutely amazing.
There is not one bad thing I can say about it. I even figured out how to integrate it with our CRM so everything that is entered goes right into our system.
My favorite thing about Spotio, the big reason actually why we switched to it, is because it's integrated tracking system.
The mobile app is intuitive and responsive, so the teams can learn to use in small amount of time.
From the b2b to the d2d, you can find out the benefits in any sales market. Do yourself a favor, download the app and begin to add more to your sales numbers for the week, month and year.

The custom fields allow us to gear this product to fit our business. The support team is outstanding in their response time and resolving any issues.
While they do have campaigns, they have no way to build a contact form within the CRM and you have to pay them to link your own form so it will even add a lead to the CRM.

Hard or cannot download to iphone. But I have too many contacts to download to phone.

And the best part is, it happens within my Gmail Inbox. I do not have to go to Salesforce, but can review emails, opens, clicks, contacts, opportunities, accounts and more all from within Gmail.
Customer support is terrible. No training upon initiation.
Being an IT Administrator, I'm constantly looking at different ways to help my users gain productivity and integration with our other services. As a nonprofit, the price for this app cannot be beat.
Very difficult to use, flight paths malfunction frequently, can't view templates alone, have to compose an email to edit any templates.
Nothing there are a lot of other good competitors out there.
However occasionally the chrome add-on will conflict with other add-ons and there is difficulty with having the software program load up within the email program.
I like the ability that Cirrus links to SalesForce and Gmail and locates recipients in the SalesForce database and links emails to the Account/Contact activity log.
I don't know why this is. Maybe its my orgs security, but it is annoying and not clear why its happening.
It helps facilitate communications with your prospects, saves time, and is easy to use.
Ease of use, UI, and streamlined ability to update records and activity in Salesforce.
It is easy to use and they are updating and adding features often to stay competitive with Salesforce Inbox.
Technical support is good at sending 'canned' responses.
Great little tool to get started before you use SalesLoft or Outreach.io.
This more than makes the investment worth it, but the email open/click tracking is also super useful, as is the ability to create follow-up tasks and set delayed send times.

Cirrus Insight has saved us a lot of time since our team has implemented it and has done wonders for our calendar and contact integration with our CRM.
While the basic features can be found for free on some platforms, the powerful, unique features are worth the subscription.

It's a good application for me, very to easy use this application, meeting reminder and recruitment call intimation. Such a nice application.
The major trouble I'm facing in this app is I am unable to get my previous month's data. As the the month ends, the data for that month disappears automatically.
Its a very good and easy to use software. Very useful for sales people.
The only bad thing about VYMO is it stuck sometimes. Software also makes phone a little bit heavier that make the phone perform slow.
