We as an educational organization like this software to capture the leads with their automated chatbot. It's really good and very effective with the flow.
It's required high speed internet and sometime had some technical problems.
The safe and sturdy built and the ease of handling is the two main qualities I like the most of the extraedge.
Analytics and the login process where in there is no functionality to reset through OTP or first login reset.
Seamless integration with mobile app, great filter options, customer service is up to the mark and interaction, nurturing and conversion makes easier.
Some features are of no use. Only few filter options are available while entering lead many options are available.
It is a great experience with CRM as it an overall tool and the customer service is commendable. The team is always there to help you out.
All facilities are good ... so no negative things.

The CRM is awesome and for the most part, the support is helpful in getting it to do what I need.
Difficult to set up, new features did not work in Canada. Jungo would blame Salesforce for issues and then Salesforce would blame Jungo for issues.
Again, I love the communication with the parties during the loan process. All of my agents love the communication they get, yet I do not have to do anything.
Incredibly disappointed with how much I wasted my money on this.
The monthly cost is relatively low, the customer support is great, and they always have something being upgraded. I absolutely loved using this as a mortgage broker.
HORRIBLE!!! The Sales Representative who sold me this product/system completely OVER-PROMISED & UNDER-DELIVERED!!! Then turned around and left the company.
I can pretty much do it all. I like that it has functionality that will allow me to grow my business and integrate it with other services that are compatible with my business.
The customer service is horrendous. There is very little real support behind this product.
I love how much information can be added to a client's profile, and how dedicated the Jungo team is to building out lots of APIs to streamline workflows across multiple programs.
Integration with other apps is a pain as you have to call other companies to work with you on setting up within Salesforce.
Jungo has helped me build my business. Making a transition from mortgage banker to owner/mortgage broker gave me confidence my data was easily accessible and backed up just in case we had issues.
The delay of needing to schedule a call for help and then the limited time allowed for support calls (15 min.) can be frustrating if you need more assistance.

Some of the fields are managed and you have to pay for the changes.
These guys talked a great game. They were going to hook up for texting prospects.

Offline installation, safe code, many many many features (you're good when you use 10% of them), nice responsive interface, e-mail integration, customization, ease of maintenance and backup.
The system is completely useless when you cannot change the currency from USD to Euro.
This is really amazing crm, what make better job on my company! easy to install, easy to use and with great community.
The only downside for me at the moment is the lack of documentation, but it is a small price to pay for the quality of the product they produce.
Yetiforce is one of the most feature-rich CRMs I have ever seen and is wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for alternatives to what is currently out there.
Each phase implementation is quite time-consuming and needs excessive testing, but we have faced no major issues.
It's very user friendly and easy to navigate, you can customize pretty much anything you want. You get exactly what they promise - a complete and fully functional system for free.
There is not paid support for this system aparently. The documentation isn enough if we compare with others CRMs.

I can honesty recommend YetiForce as a great CRM not only for companies but also for different organizations and offices.
Project management and product catalog I can find and use easily. All software is like a puzzle you want to match with pleasure.

It is nice to be able to access it just about anywhere. It is nice to be able to share it with my business partner and whatever we put in the database is accessible by all of us.
The loading speed of the pages is awful unfortunately. It sometimes ruins the whole experience.
I especially love the ability to search through the contacts, this makes finding a specific contact quick and easy. I absolutely recommend this product.
It is annoying to have to put the address in the organization and regular contact. If that person is in the organization the information should automatically pop up.
Great customer service, stable app, easy to use, nice interface, bulk upload, nice mobile app.
Questionable fit for use (the performance, loading speed is really poor).
It is also available across the devices which is great. If you are very big organisation with a lot of contacts, this would definitely help you.
Problem having duplicate organizations with similar names. I think for this in case of an existing organization with similar name should be merged rather than creating another.
Managing users and the processes are very easy to use. The system has an excellent user interface which is very intutitive.
You have to get used to it. In the beginning it was hard to find my way.
This is a great way for our team to store and share contact info.
