    Pros
    Customer support has been fantastic and kudos to the entire team of EE. All features in the CRM has been top notch and definitely the best CRM for the education industry.
    We as an educational organization like this software to capture the leads with their automated chatbot. It's really good and very effective with the flow.
    It is a great experience with CRM as it an overall tool and the customer service is commendable. The team is always there to help you out.
    Cons
    It's required high speed internet and sometime had some technical problems.
    Some features are of no use. Only few filter options are available while entering lead many options are available.
    All facilities are good ... so no negative things.

    Completed Value for Money & Fully Loaded CRM for your Admission Activities

    Extraaedge is a value for money application that packs some of the impressive and user-friendly features and the interface. Over time the features have only been increased and so has the utility. This is our second renewal with the same CRM at Ahmedabad University.

    Pros

    Multiple types of report generation capability as well as keeping in touch with the leads through Video Calling & WhatsApp has added a new dimension in customer relationship management. The CRM packs some of the unique features at a penny cost.

    Cons

    The Integration with marketing channels & vendors takes a bit of time but once it is done, the system works like magic with numbers. Though, the backend team of Extraaedge is very much responsive in tackling the troubleshooting & requested customizations.

    Some of the features needed manual intervention which should be fully automised

    Implementation was smooth , more value add features to be added . Service Support was excellent.

    ExtraaEdge CRM - a tool for efficiency and effectiveness

    Good.

    Pros

    Specialized for education institutions, automates routine redundant tasks as well as MIS and reports with minimum latency and let's me and my team on our core function.

    Cons

    It takes time to get first time users to get the things right...seasoned sales people won't face this...but freshers and interns or people not so savy with software/computers/internet/MS Excel might cry foul
