Extraaedge is a value for money application that packs some of the impressive and user-friendly features and the interface. Over time the features have only been increased and so has the utility. This is our second renewal with the same CRM at Ahmedabad University.
Multiple types of report generation capability as well as keeping in touch with the leads through Video Calling & WhatsApp has added a new dimension in customer relationship management. The CRM packs some of the unique features at a penny cost.
The Integration with marketing channels & vendors takes a bit of time but once it is done, the system works like magic with numbers. Though, the backend team of Extraaedge is very much responsive in tackling the troubleshooting & requested customizations.

Specialized for education institutions, automates routine redundant tasks as well as MIS and reports with minimum latency and let's me and my team on our core function.
It takes time to get first time users to get the things right...seasoned sales people won't face this...but freshers and interns or people not so savy with software/computers/internet/MS Excel might cry foul
