The cost, there is a significant cost increase for enterprise especially larger orgs and we had to really assess the value but decided ultimately we have to have it as our competitors do.

The biggest downside is that it can feel complex, especially for less technical users.

Its learning curve is very steep and, while you feel like you might just waltzed in and get all the data you ever wanted, you really have to work for it. Once you know what you're doing, it's beautiful, but the journey there is pricey and exhausting.
